Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us at TISSESYLVN@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email at TISSESYLVN@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for sizing or defective items. Email TISSESYLVN@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at TISSESYLVN@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
