PROCESSING TIME
All MY$TOAR orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

MY$TOAR ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada & Mexico — 7–14 business days
- Europe — 10–20 business days
- Rest of World — 14–30 business days
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. MY$TOAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of your order, please contact us.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right. The MY$TOAR standard applies to every step of your experience — not just the product.
